Licensed Online Therapy in California (and beyond)*
Audio-call and video sessions available for clients located in CA, NV, MN, FL, or VT.
Sick of video calls? Therapy does not have to mean staring into a camera or sitting in an office.
For people who are tired of being resilient.
You have survived enough.
Adapted enough.
Experienced the unbearable.
Maybe like me, you’ve come to be really sick of the word “resilient”.
You are allowed to outgrow the life you were taught to tolerate.
Therapy for people outgrowing old roles, old stories, and old ways of surviving.
Private-pay telehealth for thoughtful adults navigating trauma, ADHD, burnout, grief, family estrangement, identity shifts, and major life transitions.

Many clients do their best work by audio call. Phone sessions can offer more privacy, flexibility, and room to think — especially if video feels performative, overstimulating, or simply exhausting.
Therapy does not have to happen under fluorescent lights, in traffic, or in front of a camera to be meaningful.

My work is rooted in narrative and existential therapy, which means we explore the stories, roles, relationships, and meanings that have shaped your life.
We may look at what you survived, what it cost, what still belongs, and what kind of life feels more honest now.
This is not therapy for becoming more convenient to other people. This is therapy for self-trust, boundaries, meaning, grief, identity, and self-authorship.

This is not therapy for becoming more convenient to other people.
My work is narrative, existential, trauma-informed, and grounded in respect for your autonomy. Together, we look at the stories, roles, relationships, and survival patterns that shaped your life — then sort through what still belongs, what never did, and what you want to build next.
Many clients work with me by audio call, which can offer more privacy, flexibility, and room to think than video or office-based therapy.
