Hello, nice to meet you.
I’m Alexandra—a licensed clinical social worker, certified sexologist (American Board of Sexology), published author, and trusted guide for those navigating the in-between: between burnout and clarity, between performance and authenticity, between the life that looks good and the one that actually feels right.
My work lives at the intersection of emotional complexity, personal evolution, and embodied truth. I specialize in supporting women, creatives, and founders—those who move through the world with vision, depth, and a quiet ache for something more. My clinical background includes trauma therapy, EMDR, sexology, and experience in psychedelic integration, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. I bring not only clinical precision, but also real-world grit. I've raced motorcycles, survived bone cancer, scored independent films you've probably never heard of, and rebuilt myself more times than I can count.
I’m also the author of a self-help book on boundaries—with two more titles coming soon—because I believe healing should be both accessible and unapologetically deep. My writing, like my practice, is honest, nuanced, and laced with humor that makes the hard things easier to hold.
My approach is direct but compassionate, intuitive yet grounded. I offer insight without pretense, challenge with gentle poise, and humor where it counts. This isn’t therapy-by-template—it’s a co-creative process designed to meet you where you are and evolve as you do.
Clients come to me when they’re ready to soften beneath their armor—or when they realize they’ve never learned how to build any. Some arrive masked in high-functioning perfection, others wrapped in thickened skin they no longer recognize. Some come after a rupture—heartbreak, betrayal, the quiet devastation of a relationship that drained more than it gave—when it’s time to strengthen the internal defender and rebuild self-trust from the ground up.
Wherever you are in your process, this is where we begin: by telling the truth, gently unspooling what’s been tangled, and making room for something more honest, more aligned, and entirely your own.
If you're craving therapy that honors your depth, your contradictions, and your desire to live more meaningfully—you’re exactly where you need to be.
I am licensed to see clients physically located in California, Florida, and Vermont.
Therapy for the driven, the disillusioned, and the ready.
🌈 Healing That Honors Your Complexity
You’re not a template—and your healing shouldn’t be either. Our work is highly personalized, designed to evolve with you. Whether you’re unraveling burnout, integrating powerful experiences, or rebuilding from an invisible breaking point, this is where the real work begins—with nuance, depth, and intention.
🌟 A Rare Mix of Clinical + Creative
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in trauma therapy, EMDR, and integration of altered states of consciousness—including psychedelic experiences and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. My lived experience spans music production, existential exploration, and navigating life’s most disorienting pivot points. Translation? I speak the language of both soul and strategy.
🎭 Sharp Insight, Disarming Humor
We’ll go deep—but we won’t drown. This space holds grief, rage, brilliance, and absurdity—all with room to exhale. Expect thoughtful challenge, irreverent humor, and the occasional metaphor that makes you laugh and want to change your whole life.
👑 Luxury Meets Liberation
This isn’t just about healing—it’s about expansion. About creating a life that’s aligned and deeply nourishing. Luxury here means space. Autonomy. Clarity. The kind of richness that can’t be measured in square footage or status—but in peace.
What Makes This Practice Different?
🧵 Tailored, Responsive Therapy
This isn’t a system you fit into. It’s a process we shape together, designed to hold your brilliance, your blind spots, and everything in between.
🔮 Deep Tools for Deeper Living
Narrative reframing. Integration of expanded states. Clinically grounded practices like EMDR. These aren’t passing trends—they’re carefully chosen methods that support deep insight, release what no longer serves you, and help you step into a life that feels both true and beautifully your own.
💬 Therapy That Feels Real
I’m not here to sit back while you do all the work. I show up—fully, with clarity and compassion. I’ll reflect what’s hard to see, hold what you’ve carried alone, and when challenge is needed, I offer it with gentle poise—never force, always intention. And when you forget who you are, I’ll help you find your way back.
🖤 A Safe Place for Your Full Self
This is a space for the complicated, the contradictory, and the not-yet-articulated. You don’t have to have it all figured out to belong here. You just have to be willing to consider something new—even if you’re not quite ready to leap.
Let’s Get Started
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating, and it definitely doesn’t have to be boring. Whether you’re here because you’re at your breaking point, or you’re just curious about what growth could look like, let’s talk.
Take the first step by reaching out today. Your future self will thank you (and maybe roll their eyes at how long it took you to get here). To get started, hit that Contact button after reviewing my Fees and Policies. It’s time to show up for yourself. And I’ll be right there with you.

When I’m not helping people navigate the twists and turns of their inner worlds, I’m out living my own life with a mix of adventure and artistry. My Shiba Inu, Kami, is my partner in crime—equal parts cuddly and cunning, she keeps me on my toes and reminds me that life’s better when you don’t take it too seriously.
Out on the water, you’ll find me yachting, soaking in the stillness of the sea—or the thrill of the waves—because nothing clears my head like the open horizon. When I visit home in my native Florida, I swap the deck for the depths, scuba diving to explore the vibrant underwater world that feels like its own form of meditation.
Music is another big part of my world. I love composing, recording, and getting lost in the magic of sound production. There’s something incredible about turning a raw idea into something tangible, emotional, and uniquely yours. I periodically release original compositions on Apple Music, Spotify, and other streaming services.
Fashion is another form of self-expression—it’s not just about clothes, it’s about creating a mood, telling a story, and feeling amazing while doing it. And then there’s my love for motorcycles. Few things compare to the rush of freedom I feel carving through a winding road on two wheels. Whether it’s chasing inspiration, speed, or the thrill of being alive, I’m always finding new ways to keep life dynamic and unapologetically mine.
