Therapy for Sex Workers, Dancers, Performers, Actresses, Actors, Entertainers, and More

Sex Work IS Real Work

Your work is demanding, empowering, and deeply human—but let’s be real, it’s not always understood. Whether you’re a dancer, performer, porn star, cam girl, stripper, escort, OnlyFans creator, or anyone in the adult entertainment industry, you deserve a therapist who sees you, respects you, and supports you without judgment. This is a space to celebrate your strength, hold your struggles, and help you thrive in every part of your life.

The adult industry is complex, and so are the challenges that come with it. Maybe you’re constantly balancing the stigma of your work with the effort to maintain meaningful relationships. Maybe you’re navigating the fine line between holding boundaries and avoiding burnout, or wrestling with the emotional toll of being so deeply visible—or unseen. Whatever you’re facing, I get it. You need someone who doesn’t just listen but truly understands the unique dynamics of your world, someone who sees the strength and vulnerability it takes to do what you do.

That’s where I come in. I create a space where you don’t have to explain, justify, or defend your choices—because I already respect them. With me, you can unpack the layers of your story, explore what’s working and what’s not, and build tools to help you thrive, both in your career and beyond. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or just want a safe place to figure things out, I’m here to walk this path with you. You don’t have to carry it alone, and you don’t have to settle for someone who doesn’t get it. Let’s talk.

  • Absolutely not. This is a judgment-free zone, and I deeply respect the courage, creativity, and strength it takes to do what you do. Your work doesn’t define you—it’s a part of your story, but it’s not the whole picture. My job isn’t to critique your choices; it’s to support you as a whole person. Whether you want to talk about your career, your relationships, or your personal growth, I’m here to listen without bias or assumptions.

  • Of course. Boundaries are one of the most important things we can work on together. Whether it’s figuring out how to set clear expectations with clients, navigating tricky dynamics with colleagues, or even addressing personal relationships that might feel blurred, we can create strategies that empower you to feel in control. Boundaries aren’t just about saying “no”—they’re about creating space for what you do want in your life, and I’m here to help you get there.

  • Your privacy is my top priority, and I take it seriously. Our sessions are completely confidential, and I offer additional options, like maintaining no electronic records if that’s something you’re concerned about. I’ve worked with high-profile clients and understand the importance of discretion in every detail. This is your space to be fully yourself, knowing that your trust is never taken lightly.

For clients who require an additional layer of privacy, I offer the option to maintain no electronic records upon request. This ensures that your therapy journey remains fully confidential and aligned with your specific needs. With me, you can trust that our work together will be handled with the utmost care, professionalism, and respect, allowing you to do the deep work without fear of exposure or judgment.

  • Yes. The adult industry can be empowering, but it’s also deeply demanding—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s dealing with burnout, managing stigma, or processing the emotional labor that comes with your work, therapy is a space to unpack those feelings in a way that feels safe and supportive. We can work together to create strategies for self-care, address any pain points, and help you reconnect with your own sense of balance and well-being.

  • Nope! I respectfully do not view the work of my clients in the adult industry—or any other field, for that matter. I also won’t ask for your performer name because therapy isn’t about who you are on stage, on screen, or online—it’s about who you are in this space. I don’t look up my clients outside of our work together, regardless of their profession. It’s important that we focus on what you bring to the room, and I believe in modeling a deep respect for your boundaries.

That said, if you want to share your performer name, I’m more than happy to call you whatever feels most comfortable and authentic to you (as long as it’s not a name that reinforces harmful beliefs—therapy is about lifting you up, not adding to the weight). This is your space, and I’ll meet you wherever you’re at, however you want to show up.

  • Not at all. Therapy isn’t just for fixing what feels “wrong”—it’s also for building what feels right. Maybe you’re looking to explore your goals, strengthen your sense of self, or process what’s on your mind without judgment. Sometimes, it’s just about having a space to breathe and reflect on where you’re at. Whatever your reason, therapy is here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

  • Therapy is an investment in your growth, healing, and overall well-being.

My session fees are $300 per session, reflecting the specialized care, discretion, and expertise I provide—particularly for individuals in the adult industry navigating unique challenges. I am not in-network with any insurance providers and do not accept insurance as payment.
