Virtual Therapy in Minnesota
Although I now practice virtually from California, I have deep personal ties to Minnesota. My parents met at the University of Minnesota, and I grew up regularly visiting family in Minneapolis–Saint Paul and southeastern Minnesota, including communities near Rochester such as Preston and Harmony. Those connections gave me a lasting familiarity with Minnesota life, from the Twin Cities to smaller rural towns, and a genuine respect for the steadiness and resilience that so often define the people who call Minnesota home.
I continue to offer virtual therapy to Minnesotans who feel too much, think too hard, and are learning (slowly) to take up space without apology.
Whether you're navigating the freeze/thaw cycles of relationships, the grief that hits harder when the world slows down, or the weight of being the one who “keeps it all together,” therapy with me is a place to set that weight down. To feel without fixing. To be met without flinching.
One added perk of working with a California-based therapist: I offer evening sessions as late as 9–10 PM Pacific Time, which can be ideal for night owls, shift workers, and those whose feelings get louder after dark. You won’t catch me at Lunds or Ragstock—but I’ll meet you where it matters.
