Virtual Therapy in Minnesota

Though I now practice virtually, primarily from California,* I have deep family ties to Minnesota—my parents met at the University of Minnesota, and I grew up with the state’s quiet resilience woven into the background of my life. While other Florida kids spent winter break at the beach, I was flying to the snow to visit extended family in the Twin Cities and rural communities near Rochester—places like Preston and Harmony.

I continue to offer virtual therapy to Minnesotans who feel too much, think too hard, and are learning (slowly) to take up space without apology.

Whether you're navigating the freeze/thaw cycles of relationships, the grief that hits harder when the world slows down, or the weight of being the one who “keeps it all together,” therapy with me is a place to set that weight down. To feel without fixing. To be met without flinching.

One added perk of working with a California-based therapist: I offer evening sessions as late as 9–10 PM Pacific Time, which can be ideal for night owls, shift workers, and those whose feelings get louder after dark. You won’t catch me at Lunds or Ragstock—but I’ll meet you where it matters.
